1999-2000 SCHOLARSHIP FUND DRIVE

DEAR FRIENDS OF 440:

    We are celebrating out ninth year anniversary, and we are launching the new Fund Drive for the Scholarship Fund to get a good start toward our tenth year and the crowning of the Millennium. In addition, we are kicking off our newest level of sponsorship, the Platinum Sponsorship Level.

    Thanks to past support, we have increased the number of scholarships awarded. Int he first year, we awarded 4 scholarships totaling approximately $11,000.00. Lat year we awarded 28 scholarship and in this, out ninth year, we have awarded 38 scholarships totaling $82,150.00. These awards are based upon merit, financial need and the requisite connection to the Workers' Compensation field.

    The scholarship recipients have also made us proud, many maintaining high grade point averages. Some have completed goals while others are presently attending graduate school.

    Naturally, we hope you can become a sponsor. We attach hereto the flyer, the current "Honor Roll of Donors," and the Sponsor Donation form, all of which gives to you an update on the Fund, and provides an easy format so you can: 1) Donate; (2) Become a PLATINUM, GOLD, SILVER, BRONZE or PATRON sponsor; 3) Secure your well-deserved place on the "Honor Roll of Donors."

    Yes it's time to go for the PLATINUM, GOLD, SILVER, BRONZE or PATRON sponsorship and get your plaque and tax deduction in the process. Please fill out the form and send it along with your check as indicated.
